Ayer asistí al Almuerzo de Igualdad de la Mujer (Programa de Igualdad de Oportunidades para el Ejército de Estados Unidos). La dama invitada habló elocuentemente sobre los derechos de las mujeres y cuánto tiempo llevó para llegar a donde está hoy.

Hubo muchos fracasos y sacrificios, pero si había una cosa que todos tenían, era el coraje de luchar por lo que querían.

Te pregunto, ¿Qué es lo que tú quieres?

Si se trata de libertad financiera, te animo a que encuentres dentro de ti mismo el coraje para hacer los cambios necesarios en tu vida, como hicieron todas estas valientes mujeres durante años.

No será fácil y llevará tiempo, pero al final, mirarás hacia atrás y verás qué tan lejos has llegado y cuánto has crecido desde que tomaste la decisión.

Comencemos aclarando este punto: si va a salir de la carrera de ratas (término sale del libro Padre Rico Padre Pobre), su flujo de efectivo debe exceder sus gastos. Pero…

¿Sabes cuál es tu flujo de caja mensual hoy?

¿Cuál es tu objetivo de flujo de efectivo mensual para salir de la carrera de ratas?

Las respuestas a las preguntas anteriores son importantes.

Pero primero, necesitas construir una base sólida para el éxito; pilares. Doce pilares para ser exacto.

Tienes una ventaja inicial, pero necesitas profundizar y obtener los detalles de este gran libro. Tienes que mostrar cuanto realmente lo quieres. El éxito no es fácil y no hay atajos.

Yesterday I attended a Woman’s Equality Luncheon (Equal Opportunity Program for the Army). The guest speaker spoke eloquently about women rights and how long it took to get where it is today.

There were lots of failures and sacrifices but if there was one thing they all had, was the courage to fight for what they wanted.

I ask you today, what is it that you want?

If it is financial freedom, I encourage you to find within yourself the courage to make the necessary changes in your life, as all these courageous women did for years.

It won’t be easy, and it will take time, but in the end, you will look back and see how far have you gone and how much have grown since you made your choice.

Let’s start by making this point very clear: If you are going to get out of the rat race (a term used from Rich Dad Poor Dad), your cash flow has to exceed your expenses. But…

The answers to the previous questions are important.

But first, you need to build a solid foundation for success; pillars. Twelve pillars to be exact.
